It is of special interest to note that, under the direction of Pierre Boulez she was the soloist in a number of televised musical educational programmes in Paris and similarly a soloist with the London Sinfionetta, in England.
She is perfectly bi-lingual English/French ; has a sound, working knowledge of German and a passing control of Italian.
Ms. Laurence gave a Masterclass in French Contemporary Song in the Conservatoire de la Cité de la Villette (Paris) at the invitation of the Association of French Music Teachers in 1993. She has also given two Masterclasses in Contemporary Song in Luxeuil les Bains, France ; she participated in Giuletta Simionatto’s Masterclasses 2000 in Imola, Italy and in Phillys Bryn Julson’s 20th Century Music Mastreclasses in 1997, Aldeburgh, England and that of Maestro Terranova in Deutschlandsberg, Austria, 2004.
She has been invited to perform with orchestras in a variety of countries, such as :
Arabic through Czech, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latin, Russian and Spanish ; and she has been acclaimed in countries from North America through the major countries of Europe ; Belgium, England, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Georgia (formerly part of USSR), to Japan.
